以問卷作為研究對象的英文寫法
問卷調查東西的寫法可由以下句型組成，需要對構成問卷的各個部分一一申明。:
3. Section 3 focused on attitudes regarding the role of statistically based research.
4. The fourth section is designed to assess opinions of specific problem areas for which there is no consensus on appropriate procedures.
最後一句用連接副詞finally開頭，繼續申明第五部份的問題，也是用被動語態were asked翻譯
第2句以後逐句說明問卷各構成部分的內容或目的。此句要求受訪者作程度上的評分，注意它是用自動語態asked。

第4句申明問卷的第四部分，注意fourth的拼法，許多人用電腦寫作常打成*forth而不自發。而這句是用被動語態is designed翻譯
這句也是用被動語態were presented和were asked。逗號後的半句是由關係副詞where所指導的形容詞子句來潤飾其前的先行詞the fifth section，說明問卷第五部分問題的內容。

第1句先講問卷由幾個部分所構成，consist of是最經常使用的動詞片語翻譯而逗號後的半句長短限制關係子句，以the first of which作為主詞。which指的是前面的先行詞five sections，因此the first of which就是the first of the five sections，亦即問卷的第一部分翻譯因為問卷的第一部分通常都是調查受訪者的配景資料，是以全句除了點竄問卷組成部分的數目之外，根基上是可以直接援用到自己的論文寫作上。
第3句也是用主動語態focused on，別的regarding也是經常使用的介系詞，引介出此部分問卷的內容或主題，可以代換成concerning。
